Smile Hospitality emerged as a distinguished management and consulting firm specializing in boutique hotels and bed and breakfast establishments. With our founder, Martine Flowers, at the helm, boasting nearly a decade of active involvement in the Caribbean tourism industry, our journey began to take shape. In 2015, we introduced a pioneering mobile app that seamlessly connected tourists with authentic local experiences in the Caribbean and LATAM regions. This innovative platform not only empowered travelers to create meaningful memories but also presented opportunities for local communities to thrive.
In 2017, we further deepened our commitment to the hospitality industry by engaging at a more intimate level. We assumed management and consulting roles for small and boutique hotels, providing invaluable guidance in implementing sustainable practices to enhance revenue generation and minimize expenses. Our clients have reaped the benefits of our seasoned marketing and management teams, and to this day, we continue to bring forward-thinking and relevant solutions to their businesses.
